Our Past Clients
Hi, I'm Anneliese!
Every photo on this website was captured by me during real walks, pet sits, and photography sessions. Cute photo updates? Absolutely. I know how much you miss your babies.

Meet Our Dogs
Ozzo, my first dog, and Shadow, his sister, are the reason Your Local Pawker exists today. They are the inspiration behind everything we do. Personality-wise, they couldn't be more different, reminding us that every dog is unique and deserves care that is tailored to their individual needs. ๐พ

Giving Back: Volunteering at Animal Shelters
Being active on my dogs' Instagram account, @hey_its_ozzo, made it easy to connect with other dog owners and members of the local dog community. Through those connections, I became involved in volunteering at animal shelters, many of which are run by people I know personally.
I have always loved spending time at the shelters, especially during summer and holiday breaks, when I gather friends to help raise donations and support the animals. If you'd ever like to help out, feel free to reach out. I'd be more than happy to connect you with some wonderful people doing incredible work for animals in need!

Jakarta, Indonesia
JAAN
Jakarta Animal Aid Network
JAAN is one of Indonesia's most active animal welfare organisations, home to over 150 dogs, 50 cats, and countless rescued wildlife. They are widely known for their successful campaign to ban Topeng Monyet, the cruel practice of chaining and performing monkeys on the streets of Jakarta!

Lombok, Indonesia
Lombok Dogs Association
Lomdogs Shelter
The Lombok Dogs Association is a small shelter on the island of Lombok, Indonesia, an island with an overwhelming number of homeless street dogs and very limited resources to help them. Still building and growing, they run on passion and a tight budget, doing everything they can to rescue, rehabilitate, and rehome dogs in a community that is still learning to care for them.
